Incentives

As part of our drive to ensure that we maintain good quality homes and deliver services we know our customers want we've agreed to give something back to the tenants who support us.  Read below for some of the ways we intend to do this.

All tenants who have kept a clear rent account or who are keeping to an agreement, if in rent arrears, have kept their appointment to complete the annual safety check and have not been the subject of complaints of anti-social behaviour will be entered into a quarterly draw. If you are moving home you could qualify for £250 by doing a few simple tasks: give 4 weeks notice, leave your home and garden in a clean, tidy and empty, make sure your rent is up to date, and allow us to inspect your home before you go. Click here for a copy of the leaflet.pdf

If you participate in any Wellingborough Homes survey your name will be entered into our six monthly prize draw of £50.  We appreciate having your input to our services so in June and December we will hold the prize draw and you could be the lucky winner of £50 of vouchers.  

You may have entered by answering a question on a text or completed a paper survey, so many different ways of influencing your services.  If you would like to be involved in any way please contact our community involvement team on 01933 234450.
