- Type of home you live in (such as house or flat)
- Number of bedrooms
- Area or street you live in
- Positive features that might make your home popular (such as a new kitchen or big garden)
- The type of home you want to move to
- Number of bedrooms you need
- What areas you're willing to consider
- Anything else that is important to you.
When you've found someone to swap with, we can help you apply for an exchange either by phone, online or in person at our Customer Service Centre.
If you need any help or advice on home swaps, please contact our Customer Services Team by email or phone 01933 234450.
Please note - only qualifying tenants are allowed to swap home. If you are a starter tenant, or you've broken the terms of your tenancy agreement, you may not be allowed to move.
